On Tuesday, October 11th, Mr. Francisco Javier Delgado Rojas, Rector of the Polytechnic University of San Luis Potosí (UPSLP) and Dr. Francisco Rafael Rostro Contreras, Academic Vice Chancellor, welcomed the university volleyball teams that participated in the Annual Tournament of the XV Anniversary of the Altiplano Region of the UASLP, COARA Cup 2022, in Matehuala, San Luis Potosí, and who also won first place in the male league and the second place in the female league.

During the meeting, the students shared their experiences and lessons learned as well as the importance of the values that, through sport, they have developed and put into practice in their personal and professional lives.

For their part, the Rector and the Vice-Rector congratulated and motivated them to continue preparing as well as to maintain good sports and academic performance. Finally, they recognized the work of their coach, Mr. Jorge Rojas Rodríguez who, in a committed way, has supported the students to improve their competitive level.
