As part of the activities carried out by eight semester students from the Department of Business Studies of the Polytechnic University of San Luis Potosí (UPLSP), on Monday, February 13th, the logo of the 19th Annual Week of Administration and Management “Innovating the present, transforming the future” was unveiled.
The ceremony was attended by Francisco Javier Delgado Rojas, Rector of the UPSLP, Dr. Francisco Rafael Rostro Contreras, Academic Vice-Rector, and Martha Alicia Alonso Castañón, Head of the Department of Business Studies. In his speech, the Rector recognized the important challenge of resuming the event in person as well as the commitment of students and teachers to carry out the event.
In this edition, the conferences and activities will be carried out under four thematic pillars: “Entrepreneurship 4.0: the digital revolution of leadership”, “Labor biodiversity: breaking limits” and “Knowing how to take action to be able to transcend”.
The event will feature the participation of prominent speakers such as: Karla Ávila, expert in Neuro Emotion, with the presentation “Face to face with anxiety: It is okay not to be well”; the Cadena Lastra brothers, founders of the Potosi company TipiOka, who will present on the topic “Why undertake today?”, José Cadena and Anuar Garay, participants in Shark Tank Mexico with the session “The ace of business financing” and Jaime Caro del Castillo, Commercial and Strategic Planning Director of the San Luis Athletic Club, with the session “How to lead remote work teams”.
Likewise, one of the most important contributions will be the activities that are part of the program, of which we can mention: Challenge: “Augmented reality: the digital ecosystem of companies”, “LAG Allstars: Meet and Greet with graduates”, “Rally: Together towards inclusion”, “Panel of experts: Baby boomers + Generation X + Millennials + Centennials: Labor Synergy”, “Challenge: Put your mind on sale” and “Local entrepreneurship fair”.
The LAG Week, in its 19th edition, will be held May 3rd to 5th at the UPSLP Auditorium Gymnasium. The event will include the attendance of students, teachers, entrepreneurs, sponsors and the general public. For more information: www.semanalag19.com.
