On Tuesday, February 14th, as part of the training activities carried out by eight semester students from the Department of International Marketing of the Polytechnic University of San Luis Potosí (UPLSP), the unveiling of the logo that will represent the 17th Annual International Marketing Forum was carried out: “This is Me, Marketing with Heart and Soul.” The above was done with the presence of Francisco Javier Delgado Rojas, Rector of the UPSLP; Dr. Francisco Rafael Rostro Contreras, Academic Vice-Rector; Xóchitl Hernández Velázquez, head of the Department of International Marketing; and university community.
The International Marketing Forum is a project that takes place every year with the purpose of bringing students closer to professionals who offer them current perspectives on personal and professional development in multiple areas and who identify strengths and areas of opportunity in their training.
The president of the 17th Annual International Marketing Forum, Josué Martín Vázquez Gómez, as well as the vice president, Ricardo Alberto Tapia Guerrero, expressed their gratitude to the authorities and the student community for the support received to undertake this important project. They also recognized the values that the committee integrated in its work and that have made it possible to face the challenges presented head on.
In his message, Luis Gerardo López Navarro, in charge of the advertising area and responsible for the creative and thematic concept of the 17th Annual International Marketing Forum, mentioned that “This is Me, Marketing with Soul and Heart” seeks to reflect that it is time to face the world with determination and resilience because the key to success is in oneself and to achieve it, it is necessary to look up and say to the world: this is me.
The 17th Annual International Marketing Forum will be held from April 26th to 28th at the Auditorium Gymnasium (GYM) of the UPSLP and will feature the participation of both speakers and workshop leaders who will present on current and specialized issues relevant to this field.
